"When I have been listened to and when I have been heard, I am able to reperceive my world in a new way and go on. It is astonishing how elements which seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens" - Carl Rogers (person centred theorist)

About me

I am very passionate about what I do. I work alongside you, at your pace, listening to whatever issues you choose to bring. I have worked with a wide range of clients, with experience working for a women only counselling service, a GP practice, and visually impaired and disability services.

I am an integrative therapist and I practice using a person centred approach. You will be central to everything we do together. I use tools from other approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), creative therapy, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness and compassion theory depending on what feels right for you.
