"When I have been listened to and when I have been heard, I am able to reperceive my world in a new way and go on. It is astonishing how elements which seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens" - Carl Rogers (person centred theorist)

I Hear You counselling is your safe space to be truly heard without judgement. Accepting of whatever you chose to bring to your safe space. With you, by your side in whatever space feels most comfortable to you. I offer :-

Telephone counselling

Zoom/online counselling

Face to face in person counselling

I am very passionate about what I do. I work alongside you, at your pace, listening to whatever issues you choose to bring. I have worked with a wide range of clients, with experience working for a women only counselling service, a GP practice, and visually impaired and disability services.

I am an integrative therapist and I practice using a person centred approach. You will be central to everything we do together. I use tools from other approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), creative therapy, psychodynamic theory, mindfulness and compassion theory depending on what feels right for you. If you would like an informal chat, please contact me on or at ihearyoucounselling@gmail.com
