Walk and talk outdoor therapy
Central York green location. Safe space. Accessible.
Being outside has proven health benefits and there's something about nature and it's ability to unlock things. A very relaxed approach to therapy in that we are working alongside each other with little direct eye contact. There are several choices of location within the York area where sessions can take place. Done in a socially distanced way walk and talk therapy can feel more comfortable after Covid times. We will work at your pace, just simply talking, but outside, or we can notice and use our environment , whatever feels most comfortable for you.
